June 22 we commemorate the 72nd anniversary of the liquidation of the Warsaw Ghetto. It’s also 3rd anniversary of the massacre on the Utøya Island and in Oslo in Norway, where 77 people were killed. European Campaign No Hate Speech Movement prepared the petition to invite European institutions and the member states of the Council of Europe to establish a European Day for Victims of Hate Crime on 22 of July.
