The Foundation engaged in the "How Public Administration Uses Information - Citizen Supervision Mechanisms" thematic project to the purpose of developing assessment-based mechanisms of supervising the government administration's work. The Foundation established contact with Oxford Research, a Norwegian research institution, whose representatives drafted a specialist article titled "The Norwegian Evaluation System and its Impact on Municipal Services Delivery", and attended a conference closing the thematic project in the course of which they described Norwegian evaluation system solutions, and i.a. presented national guidelines to handling assessment projects and using their findings. The thematic project-summarising publication was expanded to include the Norwegian experience.
