The Association completed the "Mutual Help Bank" thematic project to activate citizens aged 55+ and their caregivers. A study visit to Norway and the Partner's visit to Poland were organised with an intent to get in touch with the Oslo-based Frivillig organisation. Association representatives observed action taken to support senior citizens in Norway in practice, were shown volunteer work, and assisted volunteers in their daily operations. Partner organisations shared their experience concerning volunteer work in aiding the elderly; the Partner organisation's visit to Poland served to increase the local community's interest in the thematic project.
