The Association is implementing the "Intersectional Discrimination. Gender and Vocational Education" thematic project in the field of preventing discrimination for reasons of gender and poor educational and economic status (discrimination against women with vocational training). A study visit to Oslo was organised to the purpose of establishing co-operation with institutions from Norway. Association representatives organised a number of meetings, visited a vocational school, and attended a "Non-traditional Career Choices and Cyberbullying" conference. During the study visit, participants were presented with Norwegian methods of encouraging junior high school female students to make non-traditional education choices, e.g. strategies of reaching girls and encouraging them to select electrical, mechanical, or construction workshop classes.
